Six services that keep a fleet turning

A bike that is down costs more than the repair. We keep the documented history so you know what each unit has had done.

02

Brake Service

Pad replacement, rotor truing or drum service, cable or hydraulic bleed. Brakes set to spec so riders stop the same way every time.

05 Why Bike Fleet

The record matters as much as the repair

Four things that decide whether a fleet bike stays reliable or ends up costing more in downtime.

01

Written report on every bike

Serial number, work performed, parts used and next service interval logged so you have a history when you need it.

02

Parts we actually stock

Brake pads, chains, cassettes, tubes and common e-bike connectors kept on the shelf for the models your fleet runs.

03

Service at your yard or ours

We bring the stand and tools to larger accounts or accept drop-offs in batches so riders lose minimal time.

04

One invoice, clear line items

No surprise charges. You get the quote before work starts and the report with the invoice.

06 Who's on the stand

The mechanic who works on it signs the report.

Bike Fleet was started in 2016 by Luis Rivera after ten years maintaining courier and delivery fleets in Chicago. The shop keeps common parts for the models that actually show up every week. Every bike that leaves has a service sticker with date, work performed and next due mileage.

Most of our accounts run 20 to 80 bikes. We schedule at their yard or take units in batches so riders stay on the road. Nothing leaves without torque specs checked and a test ride on the stand.
